A huge congratulations to Lucy Gregg for winning an award for her fantastic sculpture ("Cheeky Monkeys in the Park"), which was inspired by Bushy Park.
The monkey represents children playing, whilst the deer and parakeet reflect the wildlife that are found in the park.
She was up against tough competition from schools across the whole of London, so this is a huge honour. Lucy attended the awards ceremony at City Hall last month, and her sculpture currently features in an exhibition in central London.
All entries can now be seen in the online gallery: https://www.london.gov.uk/what-we-do/arts-and-culture/art-and-design/fourth-plinth/fourth-plinth-schools-awards-2018/gallery.
WELL DONE to everyone who entered - you all had wonderfully creative, imaginative and original ideas, and should feel extremely proud of all the hard work you put in.
